Policy & Procedures for Bidding Dealers (Jan. 2013)

• Hours: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm every other Monday.
• Must register to on Web Site to access our Online Bidding
• A letter of credit from your bank may be required.
• There will be a $100.00 title fee added to each vehicle you win in the bid.
• All Vehicles are sold "AS IS". There is only 1 area that you will be able to unwind or receive an adjustment. "Title discrepancies not disclosed on sale day". That's it. You are responsible to check the drive train and frame!
• All cars won in bid must be removed and paid for by Wed. at 12 pm. Be notified that you may be charged $25. per day after Friday if not picked up!
•  All bid results will be posted on the website after the bid event closes.
• Invoices will be printed for each vehicle sold and must be signed at the time of pick-up.
• Titles can be picked up at our dealership. We do not guarantee the time on Titles, we do our best to expedite receiving it and handing it to the buyers.
• We ask that test-driving cars that you must observe the posted speed limit in our municipal area. We are not responsible for violations issued while on test drives.
• The success of this bid relies on everyone involved. This is a service provided by us to benefit both us and the buyer. Bids are only accepted electronically.
• All winning buyers will be notified the next day. Please do not call us, we will call you. We ask that you use common sense at this facility and follow the procedures that are in place.
• Any sold vehicles left here and abandoned subjected to any violation or citation is the responsibility of the owner.
• We will supply a good Title to the buyers when it has arrived. If there is a payoff, we will make the Title available within a reasonable amount of time. Approximately 14-21 days. The buyer does have the right to ask for an adjustment from us or return the vehicle to us after 30 days if the title is not produced. If there is a brand or disclosure on Title, it will be posted on our bid list page and we will notify the dealer. We are not responsible for the delay of Titles
• Invoices will be printed for each vehicle sold and must be signed and paid for before removed.
• Titles can be picked up on a weekly schedule.
